In Australia we ship for free using Australia Post. We find Australia Post reliable and deliver in good time, and we also actually love going into the post office these days - especially the ones that have the stands full of interesting bits and pieces (jelly snakes particularly). We also like Australia Post's online tracking systems where both you and we can track your item: https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html
Our local post office staff at Burnside in South Australia plays ABC Classic FM. I think its a ploy to create calm when we walk in, and I think it works.
Delivery Time in Australia: Please account for 24 hours dispatch and 3-5 days delivery. Delivery From Adelaide Central GPO. Utilizing Australia Post Satchels.
Australia Return, Exchange & Refund: We have greatly simplified Returns as we know that online clothes shopping can be tricky. Please contact us to notify us that you will be returning an item. Refunds are processed quickly through your account. An Information Card is included in your package.

International Delivery FLAT RATE AUD$20
Hello World! We trialled free International shipping successfully, however due to the high costs of shipping from Australia we need to return to costing. We had a great response from customers worldwide. Thanks!!
At present delivery to the world is AUD$20 - Flat Rate. Shift is investigating options to introduce free shipping for international purchases over AUD$20 - this seems to be the manageable cost.
Delivery from Australia including tracking actually costs more than AUD$20 - so we do absorb some of the costs.
Delivery will be through the Standard International Postal service with as much tracking as is possible.
International Delivery Time: Australia post tells us that you can expect your package in 8 business days with Tracking and email notification included. We will do everything in our power for this to be true.
If successful, we intend to continue Free Shipping International and will try to make it most cost-effective to do so, as of course Delivery is one of the biggest costs in ecommerce, and certainly makes small business a challenging endeavour.

International Return, Exchange & Refund:
USA: We trialled a Free Return system, however we are not large enough to absorb the costs. We would wish that you would still support Bespoke Eco Companies all the way from Australia. If you do have a purchase that you would like to return please contact us as soon as possible. Thank you!

Shift to Nature has a long relationship with the HYPA organisation - Helping Young People Achieve - that gives Young People often their first work experience. Young people can elect to work on the back-end of Shift's ecommerce operations where they wrap your packages, dispatch with the postal services, work on stock control including stocktake, and, of course, social media promotions.
We are excited to bring young people through the training projects and onto the Shift to Nature Experience with exciting projects to come including working to better under the promotion and marketing of the brand.
