Shift to Nature is a Unique Journey and now it is For Sale!

We invite your Expression of Interest for the purchase of the online business Shift to Nature.

Shift's Creative Director, Sonja is needing a slower change-of-pace and Shift has become its own strong presence in the eco retail market. It has new demands that Sonja can't fulfil.

Shift to Nature was the first Luxury Eco Webstore in Australia, with an immediate Global Presence. It was set up in 2012 to meet Australian customers’ wish for organic eco apparel and home textiles and to nurture Australian and NZ eco designers. This little business consists of the webstore, stock and ongoing relationships with suppliers and customers.

It is an ongoing concern that requires a dedicated team to grow and streamline its operations. Next steps require good fulfilment centre development, effective eco product sourcing and time to continue quality customer service. While it would be easier for Shift to stay in Australia, it could be run from any global location.

Please include your name, contact details, and city of residence.  Please include a statement about what interests you in taking on Shift to Nature and what you consider to be important in running and online business in the eco sector. Include also any experience that you have in either running a retail or online retail business.

Finally include in indication that you are willing to undertake a process of intent to purchase and to be willing to sign non-disclosure statements during process.

Shift to Nature is committed to prompt and helpful customer service including Free Delivery and easy Exchange and Refunds 

How can we do this? Because it is important to us to find a balance between the ease of online shopping with the difficulty of fit and suitability of items that you can't touch and try. We find it saves the headaches of complex customer returns policy for us and it provides a service that we always appreciate when we purchase items online. 

And we love to listen to feedback - so for any suggestions or complications with your service please contact us on hello@shifttonature.com.au and we will attend to all enquires within 8 hours, and follow-up your issues - whether they be wrong-size, lost-package, or just letting us know about any products that you would like to see available through Shift. 

Delivery Notifications: Depending upon your order time, it takes some time for items to appear on Australia Posts Tracking portal after your item has been lodged with them - it can sometimes take up to 24 hours. 

We are a very small jill-of-all-trades outfit, so sometimes, with so much to do, we stuff-up. Your support and patience with our stuff-ups is most appreciated.
